Balancing work/life and University is very real to most students.

Remember that you are unique, and your work/life/university balance is going to be individual to you, and your family, especially if you are working whilst studying. As a new student, you may also want to balance a healthy social life as well. At first glance, it can appear to be a triangle that is equally divided among all factors of your life. However, that won’t necessarily be the case. Achieving perfection in work/life/study balance is impossible, but you can maintain a healthy balance.
Some tips to help you achieve a healthy balance:
Get organised and use some of the time management tips
Sleep well and aim for 8 hours per night
Work out regularly to maintain your fitness
Socialise whilst you study (or learn to love multi-tasking)
